POLICY
* Studio appointment is offered at my home-studio in Kanata/Stittsville, Ottawa West. Full Address will be provided after 50% retainer is received and 24hours before service.
* Travel Policy: For all home service appointments, any on-site parking/toll fees will be added to your balance. Please confirm parking availability prior to booking home service.
* Home service outside Ottawa will attract additional fees.
* Late Policy: A 10minutes grace period is allowed free of cost. All lateness that exceeds 10mins will attract a fee of $15 for every 15minutes. Appointment will be cancelled after 30minutes of no show and deposit will be forfeited. If running late please notify artist prior to your scheduled appointment time.
* Cancellation Policy: Kindly email to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeited deposit.
* Please allow up to 48-72hours to receive response to email enquiries.
